About Ignite Healthcare
Ignite is a community-based allied health provider supporting people across Melbourne. Our work happens in real-world settings, homes, communities, schools, and hubs, and is grounded in practical, person-centred care.
Weβre clinician-led, values-driven, and focused on doing the work well. That means clear expectations, strong clinical support, and space to grow at a pace that makes sense for you and the people you support.

The culture at Ignite
Culture at Ignite is shaped by the people in it and the way teams work together day to day.
Youβll be supported by leaders who understand clinical work, work alongside teammates across disciplines, and have space to grow into your role at your own pace.
Our hub model plays a big role in this. Each hub has its own energy and traditions, some head out to the footy, others gather for paint-and-sip nights, games nights, or casual BBQs. Those shared moments make it easier to connect, learn from each other, and feel part of something local.
Youβll have access to the clinical knowledge, experience, and support of Igniteβs national team, while also belonging to a local hub where people know you, support you, and celebrate together.

Ash joined Ignite in the early days when the team was small. She was always proactive, hands-on, and always stepping in where she was needed. As Ignite grew, she moved into the Allied Health Team Manager role, supporting a multidisciplinary team and shaping how the service operated day to day. Her role kept expanding, and she stepped up again as Regional Manager, taking on broader service development and operational challenges. She now works as General Manager, bringing that same energy; initiative, problem-solving, and a willingness to take things on, to how Ignite grows and adapts.
Yun came to Ignite with PBS experience and a counselling background. In her first year, she stepped into the Allied Health Team Manager role, supporting a multidisciplinary team. By her second year, she moved into the Regional Manager role, taking on team support, policy work and system development as part of her leadership.
