Who we're looking for
Allied health supervisor jobs at Ignite Healthcare are for clinicians who find meaning in supporting and developing other clinicians, whether that’s something you’re already doing or a direction you’re moving toward.
We’re looking for:
- SPA registered Speech Pathologists,
- AHPRA registered Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists,
- NDIS registered PBS Practitioners with relevant registration or credentialing.
You’re someone who reflects on their own practice, communicates with real purpose, and genuinely lights up when you see another clinician find their footing.
Experience matters, but attitude and genuine curiosity matter more.

What supervision looks like at Ignite Healthcare
Supervision at Ignite Healthcare is built around clinical excellence – not admin. Your supervisees come to you with clinical questions, case discussions and professional growth.
The day-to-day non-clinical stuff is handled by our dedicated business support team, allied health team manager and wider management, so your time together stays focused on what matters.
You’ll hold regular 1:1s with your supervisees, with the approach tailored to where each person is at in their practice. Some people prefer to meet at the office, others like to go to a café to catch-up or do an online session, that’s up to you and them to figure out together.
Supervisee numbers are flexible too, starting from one and growing based on what works for you.
And you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll still have your own supervisor, and our internal Clinical Excellence Lead is there to support you, so there’s always someone in your corner when you need a sounding board.
