Our Story

Ignite Healthcare was founded in 2018 with two Davids, a car boot crammed with physio gear, and one big dream: care should be personal, not one-size-fits-all. It was never about ticking boxes – it was about showing up, connecting, and actually making a difference.

Fast forward, and what started as a dream has grown into something incredible. Now, we’re an interdisciplinary community working across Melbourne and Brisbane, all driven by the same goal: care that’s as meaningful as it is impactful. Because at Ignite, it’s always been about people first – and that’s never changing.

Will I get my own caseload?

Yes! Starting from Week 5, you’ll take on your own caseload with plenty of support.

How long is the program?

It’s a 12-month program, packed with opportunities to grow and thrive.
