Health is always the No. 1 priority in my family because we believe it is the foundation of everyday life. Growing up, I have engaged in varied fitness and leisure activities that aim to promote health holistically. I anchored my passion for healthcare during years of study. I always like to help others. Occupational therapy has become my life philosophy as it resonates with me to the essence of living a life harmoniously.
I began to explore the community sector while still working in the aged care setting, gradually taking on more and more home care package clients.
As the demand for community clients increased, I decided to take on a full-time community role and remained working with elderly Aussie’s (HCP clients), where I formed a keen interest for AT & home modifications.
I believe in exploring and empowering clients’ strength and identifying their limitations to enable them to regain independence at their desired level. I enjoy communicating and working with people, seeing my clients gradually developing their skills and confidence in their own capacity, is motivating me to be an Occupational Therapist.
I love the unique contribution of occupational therapy and the effect it has on people’s lives, particularly our ability to connect with clients and understand their day-to-day lives from their point of view.

Hi! I am an experienced clinician who spends majority of her time at home with her cat, who I named after my favourite food – Chip (real creative). I can also solve a Rubik’s cube in less than 10 minutes – which helps me focus and keep my mind busy!
I love working with parents, especially those who are not used to seeing results, or those who haven't felt seen or understood by the service system to date. Those with complex kiddies or those who really want to create change in their lives but have felt stuck.
My interests lie within neurological conditions and animal therapy as I'm quite fascinated with how the brain works and how it can rebuild itself after injury or disease.
