Responsibilities

The Day-To-Day:

  • Work alongside participants and their supports to achieve functional goals which have real positive impact on the individual.
  • Work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team to provide person-centered support through coaching, problem-solving, and advocating for your participant’s needs.
  • Prioritise your learning and development in your week to support your participant outcomes and grow your career.
  • Attend weekly team meetings to collaborate, connect and celebrate the wins!
  • Maintain your calendar flexibly to suit your participants and your life.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

  • You are passionate about supporting participants and making a difference in their lives.
  • You embody our values
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational therapy
  • You have your own car and valid drivers license
